Rt. Rev. Terry Riley - Is The High Priest of SDCW-ATC and the founding 3 rd degree High Priest of the SDCW - ATC. Terry gained national attention in 1993 when he organized a Wiccan Freedom of Religion March that gained National Media attention. He is pubished poet, songwriter, and author. Terry is the Presiding Elder in the Mid-South region of the U.S. for the Aquarian Tabernacle Church. He sits on the Council of Elders and is the president of the Board of Directors.

Rev. Amberly Jones (Riley) - is a 2nd Degree High Priestess and is the acting High Priestess of SDCW-ATC since 2023. She is the daughter of Terry and Amanda and has been in the Craft since they started the coven in 1993. She is the Marketing Liasion for the Woolstein Theological Seminary and received her Associate's Degree from WSTS in spring 2023 . She sits on the Council of Elders and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors.

Rev. Glenn Garrison- is a 2nd Degree High Priest of SDCW-ATC. He has been a practitioner of the Craft since 2012 and a member of our tradition since 2016. He sits on the Council of Elders and Board of Directors, overseeing the many outreach programs of our church. He holds a Bachelor's of General Studies in Sociology, Media and Business and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Rt. Rev. Gary Christopher - is a 3rd Degree High Priest and sage of the SDCW - ATC. Garry has been a practicing Wiccan since 1992. He sits on the Council of Elders.

Rt. Rev. Anita Christopher - is a 3rd Degree High Priestess and Crone of the SDCW- ATC. She has been in the Craft since 2000. She had her Croning Ceremony 2005. She sits on the Council of Elders.

Rt. Rev. Ivy Moon - is a 3rd Degree High Priestess and Crone of SDCW-ATC. She was the High Priestess from 2016 to 2023, now working with the ATC. Ivy has been in the craft since 2000 and has studied and trained at the Southern Delta Church of Wicca -ATC for 20 years. Ivy was an initiated 3rd degree and has taught and trained the Squire and Maiden courses at SDCW – ATC for 10 years. She held the position of the 1st Guild Matron (the equivalent of a Superior Mother) which handled the day-to-day operations of SDCW-ATC for three years. She sits on the Council of Elders.

In Loving Memory
Rev. Amanda Riley passed away on September 13, 2016, at the age of 52. She was the Matriarch Priestess of the SDCW- ATC and one of the Founding Elders. Mandy (as she was known) started in the Craft in 1992, She went through her Croneing ceremony in 2000. She oversaw the spiritual operations of the SDCW-ATC and was the Head of the Council of Elders. Mandy had a bond with everyone who ever knew her, even if was just one time or all their life. She was the Queen Mother, the Woodland Diva and Nana to all children of the church. She was always there when life took an unexpected turn for better or worse. She will always hold a special place in the heart of the pagan community. We will remember her and cherish her memory forever!
